  Use this form to request a Learning Blade account or training for your middle school, school district or organization in Florida. Learning Blade is being provided via state funding and in collaboration with FADSS (the Florida Association of District School Superintendents). 
 
You must be a staff or faculty member of the school or organization to request an account. Please provide your organization email address below to receive your information.
